TERMS
This Registration Agreement ("Agreement") is between you, the individual or organization registering one or more domains, and GO54 (referred to as "the Company", “us” below), which acts as the sponsoring registrar or reseller for the sponsoring registrar identified in the WHOIS record accessible here. By using the Company's domain registration services (referred to as "Services"), you acknowledge and agree to abide by this Registration Agreement. We strongly advise you to carefully read and understand this agreement.
We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove parts of this Registration Agreement at any time. In such cases, we will provide a notice on our website indicating significant changes to this agreement for a minimum of 30 days following the posting of the revised terms. The date of the last revision will be mentioned at the bottom of this Registration Agreement. The revised terms will come into effect either 30 days after the notice of modification, addition, or deletion has been posted or immediately upon your first use or access of the Services following such changes. If you do not agree to comply with this Registration Agreement, you are not permitted to access or use the Services.
You acknowledge and agree that the Company reserves the right to modify this Registration Agreement, with or without notice, in order to adhere to any terms and conditions established by the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN), and/or the relevant registry administrators ("Registry Administrators") for top-level domains ("TLDs") or country code top-level domains ("ccTLDs").
Your domain registration will be considered effective once all of the following conditions have been met:
In no event will registrar, registry operator, service providers, contractors, or third party beneficiaries be liable to the registrant for any loss of registration and use of the order, or for interruptions of business, or for any special, indirect, ancillary, incidental, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages, or any damages resulting from loss of profits, arising out of or in connection with this agreement, regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, even if registrar and/or its service providers have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Registrar further disclaims any and all loss or liability resulting from, but not limited to:
If any legal action or other legal proceeding (including arbitration) relating to the performance under this Agreement or the enforcement of any provision of this Agreement is brought against Registrar by the Registrant, then in no event will the liability of Registrar exceed actual amount received by Registrar for the Order minus direct expenses incurred with respect to the Order.
Registrant acknowledges that the consideration received by registrar is based in part upon these limitations, and that these limitations will apply notwithstanding any failure of essential purpose of any remedy. In no event will the liability of registrar relating to this agreement exceed total amount received by registrar in relation to the order.
In accordance with ICANN policies, the Company reserves the right to decline multiple domain registrations.
To avail yourself of the domain registration service provided by the Company, you are required to make full payment of all registration and other applicable fees prior to the commencement of your desired domain registration. These fees will be determined based on the payment method you select during the registration process. Please note that all fees are non-refundable, whether in whole or in part, even if your domain registration is suspended, canceled, or transferred before the conclusion of the current registration term. The listed registrant of the domain name is responsible for maintaining appropriate records to document and verify the initial registration date.
The Company reserves the sole discretion to modify fees, surcharges, renewal fees, or introduce new fees, with a notice period of 14 days. Such modifications may be implemented at any time and for any reason.
In the event of a charge-back to the Company by the credit card company (or similar action by another payment provider) for the credit card used to pay for the domain registration or any related fees, you acknowledge and agree that the Company, as the paying entity for that registration, will be entitled to transfer the domain registration to itself with the respective registry(ies). Additionally, we retain all rights over the domain, including the right to offer it for sales to other parties. The Company also reserves the right to suspend your account and any remaining domains until payment is received for any administrative fees and/or chargeback fees. At our sole discretion, we may reinstate your domain registration upon receiving the registration fee and any applicable administrative and/or chargeback fees mentioned above and on Terms of service https://www.go54.com/terms
In the event of a charge-back by the credit card company (or similar action by another payment provider) for the credit card used in connection with the payment of a non-domain registration fee, you agree and acknowledge that the service shall not be initiated or will be discontinued, if previously in use, and any information maintained by the service may be deleted along with your account and the remainder of your services being locked until we receive your payment of any administrative fees and/or chargeback fees. In the Company’s sole discretion, we may reinstate your services, subject to the Company’s receipt of the non-domain registration fee and any administrative and/or chargeback fees described above and on Terms of service https://www.go54.com/terms
As part of the domain registration process, and in compliance with the policies of ICANN, the Registered Name Holder must provide complete and accurate information, referred to as "Registration Information." This information must be submitted during the registration process and updated within seven (7) days of any changes. The Registration Information includes the following details:
Furthermore, in accordance with the policies of ICANN, the Company is required to maintain and update additional information relevant to a domain registration, known as "Additional Registration Information." This information may include the following:
Please note that the accuracy and currency of this Additional Registration Information are important obligations for the Company in compliance with ICANN policies
You acknowledge and agree that the Company will disclose the Registration Information and the Additional Registration Information to ICANN, and as required or permitted by applicable laws. Furthermore, you understand that ICANN and the Registry Administrators may establish guidelines, limits, and requirements regarding the disclosure of information by the Company to public or private entities, as well as the manner in which such information is made available. By consenting to this agreement, you grant permission for such disclosures and usage of the information provided by you during the domain registration process, including any updates, both during and after the registration term. Additionally, you irrevocably waive any claims or causes of action that may arise or have arisen from the disclosure or use of your Registration Information and Additional Registration Information.
As a requirement for the ongoing registration of your domain, it is necessary for you to promptly update us with any changes to your Registration Information within seven (7) days. You can access the Company's domain manager service, domain management console, or a similar service provided on our website. To review, modify, or update your Registration Information, send an email to support@go54.com. It is important to note that in compliance with ICANN policies, if you knowingly provide false or inaccurate information or fail to update your Registration Information within seven (7) days of any changes, it will be considered a substantial violation of this Registration Agreement. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel your domain registration at our sole discretion. Additionally, your failure to respond within ten (10) days to any inquiry by the Company regarding the accuracy of your Registration Information or to notify us immediately upon discovering any intentional inaccuracies (e.g., providing a phone number listed as 000-0000) associated with your domain registration will be deemed a material breach of this Registration Agreement, providing sufficient grounds for the cancellation of your domain registration. Furthermore, you confirm that you have obtained the necessary consent from any third-party individuals whose personal data you have provided as part of your Registration Information.
During the renewal of your domain registration, it is possible that the required information may have changed. If you choose not to provide the new required information, it may result in the non-renewal of your domain registration.
You acknowledge and agree that the Company holds all worldwide rights, titles, and interests in the domain database ("Domain Database"), including the Registration Information and Additional Registration Information contained therein, along with any information and derivative works derived from the Domain Database. You further acknowledge and agree that the Company may utilize the following information for domain registrations in which it acts as the registrar: (a) the original creation date of the registration; (b) the expiration date of the registration; (c) the name, postal address, email address, voice telephone number, and, if available, fax number of the technical contact, authorized contact, zone contact, and billing contact for the domain registration; (d) any remarks pertaining to the registered domain that appear or should appear in the WHOIS or similar database; and (e) any other information generated or obtained by the Company in connection with the provision of domain registration services, excluding the domain itself, the Internet protocol (IP) addresses of the primary nameserver and any secondary nameservers for the domain, and the corresponding names of those nameservers. Please note that the Company does not claim ownership of your specific personal registration information beyond its rights in the Domain Database. The Company agrees to exercise reasonable precautions to safeguard your specific personal registration information against loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
You acknowledge and agree that, as the Registrar, we are obligated to verify the email address of the Registered Name Holder within 15 days following any registration, transfer, or modification of the Registered Name Holder's contact information. Failure of the Domain Name Holder to verify the contact information within this 15-day period will be considered a significant violation of this Registration Agreement and will lead to the immediate suspension of the domain name(s) and related services. Furthermore, you acknowledge and agree that, as the Registrar, we are also obligated to verify any changes made to the WHOIS contact information within 15 days of such changes. Failure of the Domain Name Holder to verify these changes within the specified 15-day period will be considered a significant violation of this Registration Agreement and will result in the immediate suspension of the domain name(s) and associated services.
If you have purchased domain ID protection, you agree that your Registration Information will be substituted with the information determined by the Company in its sole discretion, known as the "Private WHOIS Contact Information," in any public WHOIS search.
While the Private WHOIS Contact Information will be displayed in public WHOIS search results, it is important to note that you bear full responsibility for resolving any monetary, creditor, or other claims arising from legal or other disputes related to your domain name registration. Use of the Domain ID Protection does not exempt you from the obligation to provide valid and accurate Registration Information, as well as updating and correcting such information in accordance with the terms outlined in this Registration Agreement.
Please note that the Domain ID protection service does not function as a general mail forwarding service. Accordingly, you agree not to disclose the Private WHOIS Contact Information to any third party for the purpose of transmitting communications to you. In the event of a breach of this Agreement, the Company reserves the right to terminate the Domain ID protection immediately and, at its sole discretion, disclose the Registration Information.
You acknowledge and agree that the Company has the option, but not the obligation, to review and forward communications related to your domain name that it receives. You hereby grant authorization to the Company to receive, sort, open, forward, and dispose of any mail sent to its address at its sole discretion. It is understood that the Company is not obliged to forward "junk" mail or unsolicited communications (whether received via fax, postal mail, or telephone). You further authorize the Company to either discard such communications or return them to the sender. Specifically, you agree that: (i) postal mail may be forwarded through regular mail forwarding or scanned and sent electronically to the email address provided in the Registration Information; (ii) emails will be forwarded to the email address provided in the Registration Information; and (iii) callers will be directed to use the mailing or email address listed in the Private WHOIS Contact Information, and the Company will forward such mail or email in accordance with the terms of this section. The Company will not relay phone messages to you. By accepting these terms, you waive any and all claims arising from your failure to receive communications related to your domain name that were not forwarded or referred to you by the Company.
If a domain name for which you have activated Domain ID protection is transferred to another registrar, the Domain ID protection service will cease automatically, and no refund will be provided for any unused portion of the service. All refunds will be treated according to our refund policy on https://www.go54.com/refund-policy
If you fail to renew the Domain ID protection while your domain name registration is still valid, the Domain Privacy service will be suspended, terminated, or cancelled, and your Registration Information will be displayed in any public WHOIS search. Renewals for Domain ID protection after the initial purchase will be subject to the standard list price, which can be accessed by logging into your client account.
The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without any liability to you, to suspend or cancel your use of the Service and/or disclose the Registration Information in public WHOIS searches or to third parties, without prior notice, under the following circumstances:
You acknowledge and agree that if you grant a license for the use of a Registered Name (as defined in the RAA) to a third party, you will still be recognized as the Registered Name Holder of record (as defined in the RAA). Therefore, you are responsible for providing complete contact information and ensuring that accurate technical and administrative contact information is provided and updated promptly. This is necessary to facilitate the timely resolution of any issues that may arise concerning the Registered Name. In the event that a Registered Name Holder licenses the use of a Registered Name in accordance with this provision, they shall accept liability for any harm that may result from the improper use of the Registered Name. However, this liability can be avoided if the Registered Name Holder discloses the current contact information provided by the licensee and the identity of the licensee within seven (7) days to a party that presents reasonable evidence of actionable harm.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that all domains and additional services are renewed before their expiration if you wish to continue using them. You have the option to renew your domain at any time prior to its expiration date. The Company holds no liability to you or any third party for any issues or errors related to the renewal process, including but not limited to failures or mistakes in renewing the services. The renewal fees for each domain extension is listed here https://www.go54.com/domain-name-registration
You may receive notification at the Company's discretion regarding the payment deadline for renewal fees. If these fees remain unpaid within the specified timeframe mentioned in a renewal notice or reminder, your registration will be canceled. Payment must be made using the stated method, indicated in the renewal invoice. It is your sole responsibility to ensure accurate billing information to avoid any issues with the renewal process.
By using debit/credit card or other payment services (such as PayPal, Paystack) to pay for any provided services, you acknowledge and authorize the Company, at its discretion, to automatically charge your debit/credit card or payment service account and renew the relevant service(s) on or before their renewal date using the payment information you have provided. However, this does not obligate you to participate in the Company's automatic renewal process, and you may choose to opt out by notifying the Company accordingly. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and validity of the debit/credit card or payment information you provide to the Company. It is your responsibility to promptly inform the Company of any changes to this information, such as an updated expiration date or account number. In the event that your debit/credit card or payment service account has expired or is invalid, you will be held solely responsible for the failure to renew, and the Company shall not be liable for any resulting consequences. For more detailed information on the Autorenewal process, please refer to the provided link https://www.go54.com/domain-name-deletion
By not renewing your domain name, you acknowledge and agree that, in the event of expiration, we reserve the right to include our contact information in the WHOIS output. This action is taken as a result of the immediate cancellation of registration, leading to the loss of all rights to the domain name. Furthermore, if you opt not to renew your domain name, you also agree that, at our sole discretion, we may proceed with an Expired Domain Transfer ("ED Transfer"). This transfer involves us renewing the domain name and transferring it to a third party on your behalf. Respective domain transfer fees are listed here https://www.go54.com/domain-transfer
By agreeing to this Registration Agreement, you also consent to abide by the appropriate domain dispute resolution policy ("Dispute Policy") that is applicable to the domain you have selected. This includes adherence to the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy. You can find the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy here https://www.icann.org/resources/pages/help/dndr/udrp-en . It is important to note that certain disputes may fall under the scope of the applicable Dispute Policy.
In the event that a dispute arises concerning your domain registration, you agree to be bound by the provisions outlined in the relevant Dispute Policy that is in effect at the time the dispute is initiated by a third party. Additionally, should a domain dispute occur with a third party, you agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the applicable Dispute Policy.
Please be aware that the Dispute Policy may undergo modifications at any time by ICANN, or the relevant Registry Administrator. Your continued use of the registered domain after any such modification to the Dispute Policy signifies your acceptance of the revised policy as well as this Registration Agreement. If you do not agree to any of the aforementioned changes, you have the option to request the cancellation of your domain registration or its transfer to a different domain registrar.
For all gTLDs, any material changes to a domain name registrant’s name, company, email address, or administrative contact email address (if there is no registrant email address) are subject to ICANN’s Transfer Policy (available at https://www.icann.org/resources/pages/transfer-policy-2016-06-01-en ).
The domain name registration agreement has expired, and the registrant no longer possesses the right to renew the domain name or transfer it to another registrar.
The change of registrant has not been properly authorized by both the Prior Registrant (current registrant) and the New Registrant (intended new registrant).
The domain name is involved in a domain name dispute proceeding, which includes but is not limited to the following:
The registrant of the domain will be the entity or person whose name is listed as the "registrant" at the time when the controlling user name and password are secured. Prior to the completion of any ownership transfer of your domain to another entity, you acknowledge and agree that the Company reserves the right to enforce any specified amount associated with the transfer of domain ownership. Moreover, as a condition for transferring ownership of the domain, you agree that the receiving party must provide written agreement (electronic acceptance is acceptable) to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Registration Agreement. The transfer of your domain will only occur once we have received such written assurances (or reasonable assurance as determined by the Company) and payment of the transfer fee, if applicable. It is important to understand and agree that if you attempt to transfer your domain registration without fulfilling the payment requirements specified by the Company for the transfer of domain ownership, or if the receiving entity fails to provide written agreement to abide by all the terms and conditions of this Registration Agreement, such a transfer will be deemed null and void. Consequently, your domain registration will be revoked, and no refund will be provided for any charges you may have incurred during the attempted registration or transfer process.
By agreeing to this, you acknowledge that the Company has the discretion to change the domain name back to the registrant listed prior to the recent change. This action can be carried out upon written request within five (5) days (or within a reasonable timeframe as determined by the Company at its discretion) by the registrant who was listed immediately prior to the change. Additionally, the Company reserves the right to revert the domain name back to the previous registrant if there is suspected fraud associated with the change of the registrant name. The determination of fraud will be made solely by the Company based on its discretion. Written requests for such changes can be submitted via email or any acceptable method of written communication specified by the Company.
When transferring a domain name to the Company as the new registrar of record and either changing the name of the registrant simultaneously or subsequently, you acknowledge and agree that the domain name may be re-transferred back to the previous registrar under certain circumstances. These circumstances include a written request (email is acceptable) from the registrant who was listed immediately prior to the transfer, a request from the previous registrar, or in the event of suspected fraud related to the transfer as determined solely by the Company. During the transfer process to the Company, it is mandatory that you provide all required information through the online transfer application here https://www.go54.com/domain-transfer This includes contact information, nameserver information, and any other requested details. It is important to note that the Company retains the right to accept or reject your domain name transfer application at its sole discretion, without the need to provide any explanation or reason for the decision. Please be aware that no refund will be issued for any domain name that has been successfully transferred to another registrar. Our Refund policy https://www.go54.com/refund-policy
For generic top-level domains governed by ICANN, it is important to note that you are not permitted to transfer your domain registration to another domain registrar within the first sixty (60) days from either the initial domain registration or the completion of a domain transfer into the Company. If you decide to utilize our transfer lock service, you are required to provide written authorization (electronic acceptance is acceptable) to the Company for the transfer of the domain to another registrar. Furthermore, you agree to pay any applicable fees charged by the Company to facilitate the transfer process. Please be aware that your request to transfer your domain to another registrar may be denied in accordance with the Transfer Policy, which can be found at the following link https://www.icann.org/resources/pages/transfer-policy-2016-06-01-en
For country-code top-level domains (ccTLDs), the transfer process is subject to the policies set by each respective registry. As per these policies, you acknowledge and agree that you are prohibited from transferring a domain to another registrar during the first sixty (60) days of the initial registration or after the domain has expired. Furthermore, please note that your request to transfer your domain to another registrar may be denied in accordance with the Transfer Policy established by the specific registry governing your ccTLD. You can refer to the Transfer Policy, which is available at the following link https://www.icann.org/resources/pages/transfer-policy-2016-06-01-en
The gTLDs (such as .com, .net, .org) have a 36-day Auto-Renew Grace Period, followed by a 6-day queued for Deletion phase, then a 30-day Redemption Grace Period, and finally a 5-7 day Pending deletion period before becoming available for fresh registration.
The ccTLDs require payment for domain renewal fees in advance before they expire, as they enter a redemption period where services associated with the domain name are no longer available. After the redemption period, the domain name becomes available for re-registration on a first-come, first-served basis, without any grace period. More details can be found here https://www.GO54.com/host/knowledgebase/330/Life-Cycle-of-a-Domain-Name.html
By registering a domain and designating someone other than yourself as the registrant, you confirm that you have the authority to legally bind the listed person or entity as a principal to this Registration Agreement, which includes adherence to the applicable Dispute Policy. In cases where the registrant's name or an appropriate officer of a listed organization (at the discretion of the Company) wishes to transfer the domain to another account for full access, they have the individual authority to do so, regardless of the preferences of agents, account owners, or other contacts associated with that particular domain (e.g., admin, billing). Furthermore, if you license the use of the domain registered under your name to a third party, it is important to note that you will still remain the domain holder of record. As such, you are responsible for strictly complying with all provisions outlined in this Registration Agreement. This includes meeting payment obligations, providing accurate and up-to-date Registration information, and Additional Registration Information. Moreover, you accept liability for any actions taken by the licensee who uses the domain unless you promptly disclose the current contact information provided by the licensee and the identity of the licensee to any party providing reasonable evidence of actual harm.
They possess all necessary power and authority to execute, deliver, and fulfill their obligations under this Agreement.
This Agreement has been validly and lawfully executed and delivered, constituting a legally binding obligation enforceable against both the Registrant and Registrar in accordance with its terms.

The execution, performance, and delivery of this Agreement have been duly authorized by the Registrant and Registrar.
No consent, approval, authorization, exemption, or filing with any governmental authority or third party is required to be obtained or made in connection with the execution, delivery, performance, or any other action contemplated herein.
The Registrant further represents and warrants that:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its subsidiary and parent entities, predecessors, successors, affiliates, and assigns, as well as the Registry Administrators, and all current and former officers, directors, members, shareholders, agents, and employees (collectively referred to as the "Indemnified Parties") from any and all Claims. The term "Claim" refers to any action, cause of action, suit, proceeding, claim, or demand made by a third party, including all resulting judgments, settlements, penalties, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs). These Claims may arise from various situations, including (a) your violation of this Registration Agreement or any other Company policies applicable to your domain registration or related services, (b) the operation of your domain, (c) any negligent acts or omissions on your part, or (d) any third-party claims, actions, or demands related to the registration or use of the domain registered under your name. It is important to note that this indemnification obligation is separate from any indemnification required under the Dispute Policy.
The term "Reasonable attorneys' fees and costs" mentioned in this Section 13 encompasses the fees and costs incurred to interpret or enforce this section. The Company may, at its own expense, engage separate legal counsel to monitor and participate in the defense of any Claim. Rest assured, the Company will promptly notify you of any such Claim that arises.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ICANN, Registry Operator(s), and their respective subcontractors, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and agents from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or related to your domain registration and any disputes regarding it.
The indemnification obligations stated above will continue to be in effect even after the termination or expiration of this Registration Agreement.
THE COMPANY DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THIS REGISTRATION AGREEMENT OR ANY OF ITS SERVICES. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. FURTHERMORE, THE COMPANY DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE REGISTRATION OR USE OF A DOMAIN UNDER THIS REGISTRATION AGREEMENT WILL PREVENT CHALLENGES TO YOUR DOMAIN REGISTRATION, OR PREVENT SUSPENSION, CANCELLATION, OR TRANSFER OF ANY DOMAIN REGISTERED TO YOU.

ADDITIONALLY, THE COMPANY AND THE INDEMNIFIED PARTIES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF THE COMPANY OR ANY OF THE INDEMNIFIED PARTIES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THE COMPANY OR ANY OF THE INDEMNIFIED PARTIES EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE REGISTRATION OF THE DOMAIN IN QUESTION FOR THE THEN-CURRENT REGISTRATION PERIOD.
The term of this Registration Agreement begins on the day you accept the agreement and continues until any of the following events occur: (a) your domain registration is canceled; (b) your domain is transferred to a third party; or (c) your domain expires or is terminated in accordance with Section 16.c below (collectively referred to as "Termination").
